During the school year Old Church Nursery School participate in a variety of events to raise money for charitable causes. Please see below for our latest fundraising news.
Sports Relief and Red Nose Day March 2020

The week beginning 9th March 2020 we joined hundreds of schools across the country to take part in Red Nose Day and Sport Relief activities. The children played a variety of games and we paid £1 to wear something red to raise money for the charity.

Wear it Pink October 2019

During the week of the 14th October we were raising money for the breast cancer awareness charity – Wear It Pink. We baked cakes to sell in aid of the charity and finished the week with a Wear It Pink Day, were we donated £1 to wear pink.

BookTrust Pyjamarama Day June 2019

On Thursday 6th June we held a fundraising day for the BookTrust charity. The children were invited to wear pyjamas and donate towards this cause which helps children to get excited about books, rhymes and stories. Parents and carers were invited to stay and read or listen to stories with the children.
