International Fairy Day is a day for fairy believers young and old to celebrate the stories, magic, and history of the Fair Folk. For centuries, fairies have been an important part of Celtic culture.
The children took part in a variety of activities to celebrate this magical day. They dressed up in costumes, made their own wands and wings and played imaginatively in fairy lands. On June 14th we celebrated International Mud Day. The children had lots of fun playing in the mud!
