To celebrate Diwali the children listened to the story "Rama and Sita: The first Diwali." ​The children then made their own divas with clay and dough. When the divas had hardened, they painted them. The children also decorated cupcakes for our Diwali parties. At the parties, we danced and ate and had a lot of fun. We had sparklers and the adults let off confetti cannons!
