Birthdays

We acknowledge each child’s birthday by singing “Happy Birthday” and having the child blow out the candles on the class birthday cake. For children whose birthday it is that week, we make a cake together with staff and share the cake with the rest of their class. We also present each child with a birthday certificate.

​If you want your child to have a birthday party, we ask that you make your own arrangements for this at home.  We also ask you not to send in party bags or sweets as we are unable to give these to the children.
