Your Child's learning at Nursery
At Nursery we aim to provide a broad, balanced, play-based curriculum.
Young children learn best through their own experience, so at Nursery we provide a wide range of opportunities for them. They will have the chance to paint, draw, do woodwork, play with sand, water, clay, wheeled toys, role play, construction, gardening, climbing and many other activities.
We have a wonderful range of books, games and puzzles in the rooms and there are large gardens with a wide variety of play opportunities.
The curriculum is carefully planned, based on the Early Years Foundation Stage Curriculum. Each activity has clear learning aims and staff work with children individually and in small and large groups.
We aim to provide a sound foundation for all future learning, ensuring that you child leaves Nursery as a confident, independent and experienced learner.
